About the exhibition
From 8 to 29 November 2026, Kunstverein Kirchzarten's 321st exhibition presents, for the first time, a selection from Gela Samsonidse's new series “War and Peace” (“Krieg und Frieden”). The series took about two years to make; the paintings vary in size, intensity and style. The former church in Kirchzarten is a fitting setting for this selection.
Opening: Sunday, 8 November 2026, 11 am – 1 pm, with the artist present. You and your friends are warmly invited.
Venue: Kunstverein Kirchzarten e.V., Alte Evangelische Kirche, Burger Str. 8, 79199 Kirchzarten
Opening hours: Fri, Sat, Sun 5–7 pm
